What you will do

• Manage BAU regulatory reporting for Singapore, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Lead internal regulatory reporting platform remediation projects and other transformation initiatives.
• Engage with regulators and stakeholders regarding banking licenses and regulatory reporting matters.
• Drive regulatory reporting changes in close collaboration with IT.
• Represent Finance in senior discussion meetings, committees, and steering committees.
• Support internal and external audits and lead remediation activities to improve reporting quality.

Requirements

• Expert level knowledge and experience in Regulatory Reporting specifically to the MAS.
• Deep understanding of Singapore Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various business functions and levels of seniority.
• Analytical and strategic perspective for defining and implementing practical solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Must be located in Singapore.
