Senior Software Frontend Engineer (Market Pricing)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, New York City, or Salt Lake City, with in-person collaboration 3–4 days per week.

Targeted cash compensation: $195,500–$264,500 annually for level P4, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build data-dense interfaces for exploring compensation benchmarks and pricing roles.
• Develop product experiences that support high-stakes compensation decisions.
• Architect frontend code that scales with the product.
• Improve performance, interaction quality, and accessibility.
• Drive technical strategy and remain accountable for delivering outcomes.
• Create reusable patterns, abstractions, and systems while coaching and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong judgment in prioritization, including the ability to identify what should be descoped.
• Clear communication and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• A holistic, systemic approach to technical decisions.
• Ability to deliver thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment without over-engineering.
• Ability to work from one of the listed U.S. locations in a hybrid arrangement.
