What you will do

• Design and implement complex software solutions and shared frontend platform capabilities.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain design system assets to ensure consistency.
• Lead technical discussions and influence architectural decision-making across multiple teams.
• Integrate AI-assisted development practices and build internal AI-powered engineering tools.
• Mentor engineers and drive the adoption of engineering best practices and modernization initiatives.
• Improve application quality, accessibility, security, and overall performance.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture.
• Strong experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable platforms.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and general software quality practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and specification-driven methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Kraków, Poland.
