Location: United States clearance environment; requires Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly

Salary: $227,000–$248,000 per year, plus $57,000–$62,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor UI and front-end developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and coding standards.
  • Design and implement scalable front-end architecture using modern frameworks and reusable components.
  • Translate UX/UI prototypes into responsive, accessible, production-ready interfaces.
  • Collaborate with backend and systems engineers to integrate APIs and support efficient data flow.
  • Contribute to backend services, database interactions, deployment pipelines, and full software lifecycle activities.
  • Analyze requirements, resolve performance and cross-browser issues, and participate in sprint planning and architectural decisions.

Requirements

  • 12 years of software engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Proficiency with React, Angular, or Vue, plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Full-stack experience with Node, Python, or Java and RESTful or GraphQL API design.
  • Experience with state management, component-based architecture, responsive design, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
  • Experience leading or mentoring development teams and working with UX/UI and systems engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or four additional years of relevant software engineering experience in lieu of the degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GovCloud.
  • Experience with tiered architectural systems and Linux/Ubuntu environments.
  • Seven years of experience in software database and repository interface development.
