Indirect Procurement Manager

What you will do

• Lead and prioritize procurement activities while coaching and supporting procurement team members.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for professional services, facilities, HR services, marketing, travel, and other indirect spend categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and supplier performance management.
• Build strategic supplier relationships, conduct business reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage procurement dashboards, spend analytics, savings reports, KPIs, budget planning, and forecasting.
• Drive procurement governance, policy compliance, risk mitigation, preferred supplier adoption, and process automation.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience, with significant indirect spend expertise.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, financial modeling, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, structure solutions, and execute procurement initiatives through implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Working knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Cost-Reimbursable contracts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP and e-procurement systems.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, workflow automation tools, and procurement technologies.
• CPSM, CPSD, CSCP, CPM, or equivalent professional certification.
