What you will do

• Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks.
• Participate in infrastructure projects to gain hands-on experience.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and support routine troubleshooting.
• Work with team members to address day-to-day infrastructure needs.
• Assist with developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
• Follow established infrastructure service delivery practices and standards under supervision.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong desire to gain experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology.
• Eagerness to develop foundational technical skills and knowledge.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ certification.
