Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote-first across the United States, with an optional hub in Orlando, FL.

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from product requirements and data modeling to API design and production deployment.
• Build and ship LLM-based features with a focus on evals, guardrails, and system reliability in a regulated environment.
• Integrate with complex healthcare systems, including Epic workflows and pharmacy operations logic.
• Manage the full-feature architecture, including state management and rollout strategies.
• Monitor metrics, error logs, and user feedback to ensure the health and performance of your feature areas.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization.
• Proven experience shipping production systems with the ability to discuss technical tradeoffs and architectural choices in depth.
• Strong product instinct and the ability to thrive in an environment with loose requirements.
• Experience embedding AI tools into your daily development workflow.
• Proficiency in modern web development stacks (Node/TypeScript/GCP preferred).
