Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Wednesdays work from home)

Compensation: $220,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Collaborate with product leaders to define strategic initiatives and drive technical execution.
• Build and maintain complex full-stack features and systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Develop observability and metrics to ensure proactive issue detection and continuous improvement.
• Lead technical design discussions and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to building a world-class engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in both frontend and backend.
• Proven ability to design, architect, and scale distributed systems in production.
• Experience building high-performance systems that support complex customer workflows.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong interest in building systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently lead projects.
