Lead MedTech Operator - Production (MedTech)

Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Manufacture MedTech products according to GxP guidelines, established procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and area quality standards.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation, verify batch components, inspect product quality, and maintain a clean work area to prevent contamination or product mix-ups.
• Support production planning and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
• Act as the primary operational contact for the client's Production Manager and support the Site Lead with team performance and improvement insights.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, coach team members, and support onboarding and training for new operators.
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• MLO or HBO degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production, preferably in MedTech, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another regulated industry.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and an interest in coaching and supporting colleagues.
• Effective communication with operators, management, and client stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive approach with the ability to maintain oversight in a dynamic production environment.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
