Engineering IP Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Must be based in Santa Clara, CA

Salary: $132,610–$198,600 per annum

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for IP development and delivery to business units.
• Drive the closure of IP specifications and technical requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to assess status, milestones, and project completeness.
• Provide regular program updates to executive stakeholders.
• Enforce standardized program management processes and execute risk management strategies.
• Provide matrixed leadership to distributed engineering program managers.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• BS in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred).
• 5–8 years of professional experience (or 3–6 years with a Master's/PhD).
• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in the semiconductor industry.
• Broad background in ASIC or microelectronics development.
• Knowledge of SoC/IC design flows for advanced process technologies.
