What you will do

• Provide end-to-end project management for IP on custom processors.
• Align business unit IP needs with internal and external offerings using data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate the on-time licensing and acquisition of IPs and associated collateral.
• Verify that IP validation plans and reports comply with customer and qualification requirements.
• Lead IP-related reviews and checkpoints to ensure quality and delivery during the product lifecycle.
• Drive IP issue analysis, resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE or related (5-10 years exp) or Master's/PhD (3-5 years exp).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry program management.
• Proven leadership and outstanding cross-functional management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
• Advanced skills in risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information (EAR).

Nice to have

• Technical background in custom processor design, validation, test, or quality.
• Experience working with external technology vendors in a semiconductor or hardware context.
• Previous experience with IP types used in modern SoC designs.
