Area Phone Business Manager, Daura (Katsina State)

Location: Onsite in Daura, Katsina State, Nigeria; extensive travel within the designated area is required.

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop phone-selling agents from the open market and the existing hirify.global agent network.
• Deliver monthly phone unit targets and improve average agent productivity through portfolio monitoring, coaching, follow-up, and micro-incentives.
• Maintain sales quality by improving customer onboarding and following up on defaulting customers through agents.
• Build agent engagement and retention through field visits, ride-alongs, coaching, recognition, and reactivation calls.
• Control inventory through stock tracking, monthly audits, reconciliation, and monitoring of all stock movements.
• Submit accurate weekly reports and ensure compliance with hirify.global policies, documentation, branding, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on field sales experience.
• Knowledge of the assigned territory, trade routes, and urban and rural retail markets.
• Experience with PayGo, device financing, or agent networks.
• Data discipline, digital literacy, and experience with CRM, Looker, stock tools, reporting, communication, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel extensively within the designated area.
