Accounts Receivable Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Ventura, CA, United States; on-site work with preference for Ventura office presence

Salary: $72,000–$75,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own billing-to-cash collection for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, from invoicing through payment resolution.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
• Resolve outstanding balances with customers through phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Work with Customer Success and Sales to streamline payment processes and resolve billing issues.
• Support rehirify.globalng-revenue billing operations, including SaaS subscriptions and usage-based billing.
• Track and resolve account-level discrepancies in complex customer billing systems.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking aging, reconciling balances, and building basic reports.
• Highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts and overdue balances.
• Clear, prompt, and professional communication across phone, email, and video channels.
• Ability to work confidently under pressure in a close-knit finance team.

• Experience in a technology or startup environment.
• Experience with SaaS subscriptions or usage-based pricing.
• Experience identifying and improving billing or collections inefficiencies.
