Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: London; flexible home-office work with an international and virtual team.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, dunning, and account reconciliations for international companies.
• Audit, control, and record business transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Prepare and support company and financial audits.
• Support annual financial statement preparation and monthly advance turnover tax returns.
• Analyze and optimize accounting processes.
• Prepare financial evaluations and statistics.

Requirements

• Completed studies in finance or controlling, or an equivalent degree; additional accounting training is advantageous.
• Ability to independently perform activities related to financial accounting.
• Conscientious, structured, analytical, and responsible approach to work.
• High quality awareness and strong affinity for numbers.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT-supported accounting systems.
