Technical Program Manager, FDE - IFS Loops (AI): Overseeing enterprise AI Agent deployments from pilot through scale-up and long-term sustainment with an accent on implementation planning, systems integration, and customer success. Focus on establishing repeatable deployment processes, monitoring production performance, resolving issues, and coordinating Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation programs for AI Agent deployments from scoping and planning through go-live and sustainment.
- Develop project plans, timelines, success metrics, and delivery processes aligned with customer goals.
- Manage technical onboarding, configuration, systems integration, and concurrent implementations.
- Establish repeatable production deployment and maintenance processes, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Act as the liaison between customers, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Create deployment playbooks, documentation, and best practices while feeding customer insights into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of program or project management experience in technology, software engineering, or AI environments.
- Experience leading complex software implementation or systems integration programs.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and AI solution deployment, including LLMs, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Proficiency with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Technical familiarity with Python, APIs, and enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, Service, or Developer platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with executives and engineers in fast-moving environments.
