Senior Planner - Pharmaceutical Sector (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid

Construction project planning and scheduling services for pharmaceutical and other complex, high-value projects.

What you will do

• Develop detailed end-to-end project schedules using critical path methodology, covering scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Apply Work Breakdown Structure methodology to define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Align schedules with project execution, contracting, procurement, and control strategies, and establish schedule baselines.
• Maintain integrated schedules at multiple levels of detail and validate supplier and third-party schedules.
• Lead client and supplier meetings, resolve interdisciplinary and inter-party schedule conflicts, and drive decisions.
• Prepare progress reports covering variances, risks, mitigation strategies, and, when required, earned value and cost performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for building, managing, and analysing project schedules.
• Strong understanding of planning processes in complex, high-value construction projects.
• Experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading meetings and facilitating decisions.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; CQV experience is required for some projects.
