Project Manager Pre-Development (MedTech)

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional pre-development projects within a multi-project environment.
• Plan resources, coordinate internal teams, and monitor project progress, quality, costs, and goal achievement.
• Report project status to supervisors, sponsors, clients, and project steering committees.
• Develop and optimize ideas, products, materials, formulations, and processes for infusion and pain therapy.
• Analyze technical challenges and develop suitable engineering solution approaches.
• Evaluate and prioritize innovations in line with the division strategy, guiding ideas toward advanced development and registered medical devices.

Requirements

• Completed degree in medical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or a comparable scientific-technical field.
• At least three years of professional experience in project management within complex development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of medical technology, regional anesthesia, or related therapy fields is preferred.
• Experience with agile project management and Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project approaches is preferred.
• Confident communication skills in German and English are required.
