What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects with high visibility and executive sponsorship.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration across business units, regions, and external partners.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision documents for the Board and C-suite.
• Identify risks and opportunities early and steer mitigation strategies.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leaders by challenging assumptions and creating clarity.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant subject.
• Longstanding professional experience in strategic project management, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional English communication skills are required.
• Integrity, discretion, resilience under pressure, collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
• Interest in innovation, transformation, and tangible business impact.
