What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of retail projects, including new store openings, remodels, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, design, merchandising, and operations.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, including contract negotiations and performance management.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail project management, specifically focusing on store openings and remodels.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
