Senior Manager - Retail Project Management (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of new store openings, remodels, and strategic retail initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, progress reports, and recommendations.
• Coordinate construction, design, merchandising, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, including contract negotiations and performance.
• Improve rollout processes, efficiency, and project delivery while maintaining quality, aesthetic, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, retail management, or a related field.
• Experience in retail project management, especially store openings and remodels.
• Proven success managing complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors and the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
