What you will do

• Support or lead the fulfillment of PM tasks and project administration duties.
• Coordinate communication between technical staff, back-office teams, and other relevant counterparts.
• Manage project financials, track budgets, and prepare financial reporting and presentations.
• Analyze project status and prepare documentation regarding future actions.
• Handle first-level stakeholder relationships and external customer communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree completed recently (within the last year).
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be based in Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency in another European language.
