Integration Project Manager

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of medium- to large-scale client transformation programs, managing timelines, risks, scope documentation, dashboards, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and maintain integrations including SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, Image Services, and other supported integration types.
• Manage the Marketplace onboarding lifecycle and assess how each phase affects project readiness and timelines.
• Coordinate with integration QA and cross-functional teams to track dependencies, address risks, and escalate timeline impacts.
• Improve project templates, documentation, workflows, delivery consistency, efficiency, and partner experience.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, predictive accuracy, and quality.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of related experience in customer-facing project work.
• Proven cross-functional, end-to-end coordination skills, including documenting scope, status, and blockers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, listening, organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.
• Ability to learn financial services, integration, and extensibility concepts quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or fintech project role.
• Exposure to SSO technologies such as SAML and OIDC.
• Exposure to digital content curation mechanisms, including user groups, iframes, and higher and lower environments.
