What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including timelines, risk assessment, and documentation.
• Oversee technical integrations such as SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, and image services.
• Coordinate the Marketplace onboarding lifecycle and track project readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and QA resources to manage dependencies and technical requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvement by refining project templates and workflows.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance predictive accuracy and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia
• 4+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional, customer-facing projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn financial services concepts and technical integration standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or Fintech project role.
• Exposure to SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC).
• Experience with mechanisms for curating end-user digital content.
