Compliance Officer (AdTech)

Location: Remote, Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do

• Moderate and post-moderate advertising units across different formats.
• Review user-generated creatives and other advertising content for compliance with local laws, regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
• Screen and structure content accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Communicate with the Moderation Support team and other departments to resolve compliance issues.

Requirements

• Basic copywriting skills and strong grammatical competence.
• Ability to screen, structure, and evaluate content.
• Knowledge of Google Products & Services, spy tools, Jira, and Slack.
• Strong technical understanding, fast learning ability, organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Fluent Ukrainian and English.
• Ability to remain calm, accurate, and effective in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as a content moderator or compliance specialist.
• Knowledge of customer service or advertising and community moderation principles.
• Understanding of how to create and work with compliance policies.
• Experience with native, display, video, mobile, or other advertising formats.
