Licensing and Regulatory Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Remote or onsite in Cyprus, Poland, Portugal, or Ukraine

hirify.global operates a fast-growing iGaming and payments business with multicultural teams across legal, finance, operations, technology, and other functions.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate merchant service, software license, payment service, NDA, and service agreements.
• Draft and update Terms & Conditions and AML/KYC policies.
• Support AML/KYC compliance reviews during merchant and PSP onboarding.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, English law, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain internal contract registries and update registry management standards.
• Coordinate negotiations and resolve tasks with other internal legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of legal experience in fintech, payments, or iGaming.
• Experience with contract law and drafting or reviewing complex legal documents under English law.
• Understanding of payment business models, including PSPs, aggregators, and merchants, plus basic AML/KYC principles.
• Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Slack.
• English at B2–C1 level.
