Location: Remote from Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Mexico; working hours aligned with U.S. client business hours, with flexibility for audits, reporting deadlines, and training sessions.

is recruiting for a client seeking to strengthen compliance programs and manage legal and reputational risk.
What you will do
- Draft, update, enforce, and maintain compliance policies across finance, HR, IT, and operations.
- Conduct business-unit risk assessments, identify exposures, and recommend appropriate controls.
- Implement compliance monitoring programs, conduct internal audits, and track findings in GRC tools such as Archer or ServiceNow.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks including SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and relevant industry requirements.
- Lead internal investigations, document findings, recommend corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready records.
- Deliver compliance training, dashboards, monthly or quarterly reports, and risk summaries to employees, executives, and boards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Proficiency with compliance monitoring and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of at least one regulatory framework, such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
- Strong investigative, analytical, communication, and risk-identification skills.
Nice to have
- CCEP, CIA, or a similar compliance or audit certification.
- Experience in finance, healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with COSO or ISO 31000 risk management frameworks.
- Experience leading compliance training and building reporting dashboards.
