Associate Director, LST Forecasting & Insights (Oncology)

Location: Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, United States; primarily in-office three days per week with two flexible work-from-home days. Some domestic travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead primary and secondary market research projects for oncology indications.
• Generate market insights supporting launch planning, commercial strategy, and tactical development.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and product performance from diverse data sources.
• Develop, maintain, and update forecasts for in-line and pipeline oncology products.
• Align forecasts with finance, commercial, and supply chain objectives.
• Present forecasting insights, performance reports, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in market research, analytics, and forecasting, with oncology expertise.
• Experience managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with forecasting software and data visualization tools such as Excel, SAS, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and programming, including SQL or SAS, is preferred.
