Strategic Business Manager - Office of the CEO

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated business models, P&L scenarios, and forecasts for product and services portfolio decisions.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, scenario plans, and business cases with clear assumptions and recommendations.
• Develop business cases for new offerings, investments, and portfolio changes, including market opportunity, unit economics, and risk analysis.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Go-To-Market leaders on growth, margin, pricing, and portfolio decisions.
• Support annual operating and long-range planning, including leadership and Board materials.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses, presentations, KPIs, and recommendations for the Chief of Staff, CEO, and Board.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent, plus 5+ years of experience in business strategy, strategic finance/FP&A, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
• Hands-on expertise in business and financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to accelerate modeling, analysis, and decision support.
• Experience in technology businesses spanning product and services portfolios, ideally including SaaS.
• Strong business-case development, unit economics, and evidence-based recommendation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience presenting complex analysis to senior executives is required.

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
