Global Strategic Insights and Forecasting Partner (Pharma)

What you will do

• Lead quantitative and qualitative market research activities and develop annual research plans for the therapeutic area.
• Combine primary research, market data, analytics, and competitive intelligence into actionable business insights.
• Lead asset-team situational analysis, performance monitoring, KPI implementation, and business planning.
• Develop and maintain patient and sales forecasting models across priority affiliates and indications.
• Support commercial business cases, sales forecasts, and NPV evaluations with market and competitive data.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, R&D, IT, affiliates, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or life-science consulting.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, market research, and forecasting across global and local contexts.
• Extensive knowledge of specialty care markets; therapeutic-area expertise is advantageous.
• MSc or PhD in Pharma, Medicine, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• English required.
