Director, Process Intelligence (Biotech)

What you will do

• Lead Process Intelligence execution across prioritized enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and value realization through process optimization, automation, and performance improvement.
• Develop structures, tools, methodologies, knowledge repositories, and reusable delivery models to scale Process Intelligence adoption.
• Establish and evolve governance frameworks, standards, KPIs, and value-tracking mechanisms.
• Partner with the Results Delivery Office, Digital Technology & Innovation, and functional business teams while advising senior stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment of process mining, task mining, analytics, and related technologies, including evaluation and onboarding of new tools.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience, or a master’s degree and 7 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience in data science, business analytics, process improvement, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and managing direct teams and matrixed environments.
• Deep experience in process mining, process analysis, performance optimization, enterprise transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, Power BI, or Tableau, and with large, complex, and unstructured datasets.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, KPIs, and value-tracking mechanisms, with strong senior-stakeholder influence and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with accountability and autonomy in ambiguous, dynamic, and evolving transformation environments.
