Transportation Load Planner

Location: Newberry, SC, USA

Salary: USD 24–28 per hour

What you will do

• Optimize daily load planning using Transportation Management and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Coordinate transportation services, load allocation, route optimization, and regional capacity planning.
• Determine truck locations and available customer loads using network balance capacity tools.
• Manage late pickups, deliveries, load changes, cancellations, and reassignments.
• Coordinate shipment execution with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide updates on shipment status, service failures, delays, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Transportation Management Systems.
• Prior experience in load planning and supply chain operations is preferred.
