What you will do

• Develop and execute the overarching UK influencer marketing business strategy.
• Drive year-on-year revenue growth by securing expanded client scopes and strategic partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the UK influencer team, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Ensure operational excellence in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Act as the primary thought leader and voice for influencer capabilities in the UK market.
• Manage P&L, budget, and key performance indicators for the UK influencer practice.
