Influencer Practice Lead (Influencer Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week. UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop, own, and execute the UK influencer marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives and regional growth targets.
• Represent hirify.global's influencer capabilities at industry forums, client leadership meetings, and internal committees.
• Drive year-on-year revenue growth by expanding client influencer scopes, securing strategic partnerships, and supporting new business acquisition.
• Lead, mentor, hire, and develop the Goat UK influencer team, including performance, career development, and reward decisions.
• Oversee the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of UK influencer campaigns in collaboration with global delivery, client services, strategy, creative, and project teams.
• Manage revenue targets, profit margins, budgets, KPIs, and strategic performance reporting for the UK Influencer function.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within an agency, with direct responsibility for managing and developing a mid-sized to large team.
• Demonstrable experience scaling influencer businesses or substantial client portfolios in the UK market and driving significant revenue growth.
• Extensive experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Mastery-level knowledge and skills in influencer marketing, with broad management and leadership expertise.
• Experience being directly accountable for major revenue targets, cost centres, or budgets.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
