Social Account Director

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid working with two days in the office per week

What you will do

• Act as the key client contact for large retained social accounts and complex campaigns.
• Lead strategic and creative thinking, presentations, and senior social consultancy.
• Guide innovative, high-quality social content in partnership with creative teams.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large accounts and complex projects, resolving obstacles and maintaining clarity.
• Lead collaboration across internal disciplines and oversee large teams, account health, quality control, and client escalations.
• Support proposals, pitches, commercial targets, and account growth.

Requirements

• Agency experience at Account Director level or equivalent.
• Background in social and content.
• Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role.
• Strong project management capabilities and knowledge of best-practice delivery.
• Confident, consultative communication with senior clients.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal specialists and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
• Influencer experience.
• Experience with global clients.
