Product Owner - InPost Pay (BNPL)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; flexible hybrid/remote working model.

What you will do

• Identify customer needs and translate them into requirements and tasks for Tech and other teams.
• Contribute to the product vision and strategy for InPost Pay.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through launch with Tech, UI/UX, Data, and Marketing.
• Optimize e-commerce checkout flows, customer journeys, conversion, payment experiences, and BNPL solutions.
• Manage stakeholders, external vendors, product analysis, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Own the tactical and operational backlog while mentoring team members and aligning priorities with business goals and ROI.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in e-commerce or fintech.
• Experience developing and scaling checkout products, BNPL solutions, or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimization, payment flows, analytics, A/B testing, and user research.
• Ability to make independent product decisions, lead end-to-end initiatives, define requirements, and write user stories with attention to edge cases.
• Experience with enterprise-scale B2B2C products, product launches, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required. Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience managing digital wallet or BNPL payment products and integrating external payment systems.
• Knowledge of PSD2 and GDPR in payments and e-commerce.
• PSPO or CSPO certification.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
