Product Manager - Principal (Payments)

What you will do

• Own and manage product roadmaps for assigned areas within the Risk Technology Team.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and product requirements.
• Translate business goals and user needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research.
• Define success metrics, support agile planning and backlog management, and drive product launches and improvements with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Experience working with cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to define requirements, prioritize effectively, and balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools.
