Product Manager (Card Payments)

Location: Poznań or Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for the card payments domain.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements according to strategic goals and market demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and development teams, translating objectives into clear product requirements.
• Use data and analytics to monitor product performance and identify improvements.
• Identify product risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans to changing market conditions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an agile environment.
• Understanding of the fintech industry.
• Very good Polish and English; English at minimum B2 level.
• Relevant master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, customer-centric, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the card payment ecosystem or fraud detection in payments.
• Experience using Atlassian tools, MS Office, and AI agents.
