What you will do

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of features for the EMV 3DS ACS product portfolio.
• Define and execute the product roadmap, creating detailed narratives and specifications.
• Represent the company in global bodies like EMVCo and collaborate with Card Schemes including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
• Design and implement rules engines and ML models to optimize authentication success and reduce fraud.
• Ensure product compliance with PCI-DSS, PCI-3DS, and GDPR regulations.
• Partner with commercial teams for pre-sales engagements as a domain expert.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology product management.
• BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Deep expertise in the payments ecosystem, EMV 3DS protocol, and authentication flows.
• Experience architecting complex consumer-focused product lines in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with APIs and experience in agile, globally distributed software development.
• Must be based in Poland (EU).
