Technical Product Owner (iGaming)

TL;DR

Technical Product Owner (iGaming): Developing an enterprise-scale web-based platform for online lotteries with an accent on system analysis and third-party API integrations. Location: Hybrid position based in Krakow, Poland (on-site work required 3 times a week). Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Perform system analysis for cross-platform products, including backend applications, CRM tools, security modules, and payment systems.
• Write detailed features, user stories, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) based on product strategy.
• Define specifications and API requirements for integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate within a technical agile team and across departments such as Security, Payments, and Compliance.
• Own the full feature lifecycle from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Analyze competitive information to constantly optimize product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst.
• Experience writing detailed functional requirements and build documents.
• Proven track record of delivering features and client SDKs for iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Experience with Agile methodology in online or software companies.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
• B2B customer-facing experience.
