Care Specialist (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Provide timely, transparent, and empowering support to members regarding their healthcare coverage.
• Develop deep expertise in healthcare systems and hirify.global’s product offerings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Sales, and Insurance teams on strategic initiatives.
• Adapt existing support processes from European markets to the Canadian context.
• Support new company onboardings and contribute to continuous service improvements.
• Participate in hiring and mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in customer support, operations, project management, or account management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French (mandatory requirement).
• Comfortable with technology, AI-powered tools, and multi-channel support environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Toronto, Ontario.
• Ability to work on-site in the Toronto office approximately four days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system.
• Experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
