Fraud Prevention Specialist (Mobile Gaming)

Location: 100% remote, must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines. Full-time rotating shifts run Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM PHT, with two days off per week. Work on public holidays and overtime may be required when needed.

What you will do

• Review user accounts and payout requests to identify suspicious or fraudulent activity and take appropriate action.
• Monitor transactions and user behavior to mitigate fraud risk and protect the business.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead, customer support, and the Germany-based internal fraud team to resolve fraud-related cases and tickets.
• Detect recurring fraud patterns and report findings to improve internal prevention processes.
• Handle sensitive user data and payment information accurately and confidentially.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fraud operations, payments, customer support, or back-office operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data, numbers, and structured operational tasks.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to learn new digital tools and processes quickly.
• Independent, reliable, organized, and collaborative working style.
• Interest in online platforms, digital products, and the mobile gaming industry.

Nice to have

• Experience investigating fraud in mobile games, in-app purchases, or digital reward systems.
