Pick6 Operations Associate (Sports Gaming)

Location: Remote - Bulgaria; US coverage shifts starting between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Bulgarian time, including weekends

What you will do

• Manage and execute pricing for player salaries.
• Use sports statistics and merchandising strategies to inform contest selections.
• Ensure contest mixes are accurately posted and executed.
• Monitor contest entries and repost contests as needed to drive participation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantasy sports.
• Proven ability to identify and manage complex situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects under tight time constraints.
• Ability to work US coverage shifts from Bulgaria, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake.
