Ad Review & Integrity Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, United States; office work expected 4+ days per week

What you will do

• Review Snap Ad submissions for policy, safety, technical, and platform risks.
• Manage review queues and prioritize work against service-level and throughput targets.
• Make high-quality approval decisions and escalate questionable advertisements and creative trends.
• Support advertisers and Sales through Salesforce by clarifying rejections, handling expedited reviews, and answering policy questions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technical Ad Support to resolve tooling issues and improve review workflows.
• Use analytical tools to identify trends, monitor performance, audit AI models, and support moderation and product initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–1+ years of B2B experience.
• Excellent English reading and writing proficiency.
• Experience in customer support, content moderation, or policy-related work.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA, or other ticket management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment.
