What you will do
- Launch, configure, extend, and monitor promotions, tournaments, and bonus programs.
- Credit and debit bonuses, register tournament participants, and configure access groups.
- Keep promotional offers current and functioning correctly, responding quickly to operational issues.
- Work with support, development, QA, and partner teams to resolve issues and unexpected cases.
- Help identify and fix bugs and maintain promotion and tournament documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with promotions, campaigns, bonuses, or game mechanics, particularly in iGaming, e-commerce, or marketing.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
- Basic testing and bug-hunting knowledge.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing systems.
- Understanding of promotion logic, tournament structures, bonus mechanics, poker rules, and gambling platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, multitasking, and fast response to requests.
