Application Specialist

Location: Fully remote collaboration with a geographically dispersed team

What you will do

• Configure form-building solutions and build workflow and data-mapping configurations.
• Digitalize existing customer forms and workflows to improve operational processes.
• Support implementation projects, track progress, and keep the Project Manager informed about risks and issues.
• Assist with pre-go-live user acceptance testing and respond to implementation issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for form configurations.
• Participate in status calls and manage multiple complex projects while meeting deadlines and SLAs.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English at B2–B2+ level.
• At least 0.5 years of experience in a customer-facing software role.
• Experience with technical product support, troubleshooting, and delivering software training through online tools.
• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, XML, and CSS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Jira.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, time management, and self-motivation.
