Finance Business Partner - FP&A

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across assigned business areas.
• Develop financial models for strategic decisions, investment cases, pricing, resource planning, and growth initiatives.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability, cash flow, and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations, performance commentary, scenario models, and sensitivity analyses.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide commercial advice, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop KPI dashboards, support investment reviews, and work with Accounting on month-end variance analysis, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management reporting.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, analytical, and financial planning/reporting systems skills.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear insights.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and confidence to provide constructive challenge.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work through ambiguity and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a high-growth, technology, SaaS, private equity, or international environment.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
