Finance Business Partner - FP&A

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across assigned business areas.
• Build financial models for strategic decisions, investment cases, pricing, resource planning, and growth initiatives.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability, cash flow, KPIs, risks, and business drivers.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, commentary, scenario models, and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide commercial advice, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop KPI dashboards, support investment reviews, and work with Accounting on month-end reporting, variance analysis, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management reporting.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial planning or reporting systems.
• Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, private equity, or international environment.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
