FP&A Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: £90,000–£110,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and equity

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform covering capital, computing clusters, and software.

What you will do

• Own rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts across group entities and GBP, USD, EUR, and NOK currencies.
• Run monthly and quarterly P&L reforecast cycles covering operating expenses, capital expenditure, headcount, and cash runway.
• Prepare consolidated cash, burn, runway, and variance reporting for the VP of Accounting, CFO, board, and investors.
• Track project-level cost variances for data center deployments against approved budgets and purchase commitments.
• Build and maintain US GAAP-based operating and financial models covering capitalization, ASC 842 leases, project-finance debt, and share-based compensation.
• Establish FP&A calendars, templates, variance controls, reporting formats, and data models while contributing to the NetSuite implementation.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent depth in US GAAP-based modeling.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, including ownership of short-range cash forecasting and variance analysis in a capital-intensive or high-burn environment.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency groups, intercompany flows, and FX forecasting.
• Strong accrual accounting knowledge and the ability to build three-statement models tied to the trial balance.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with leading ERPs is preferred.
• Ability to build processes from zero to one, work through ambiguity, and present board-ready financial information.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, infrastructure, energy, or project-finance-heavy sectors.
• Exposure to SOX 404 environments or IPO and listing readiness.
• Familiarity with ASC 842, ASC 718, or infrastructure-asset capitalization.
• Experience forecasting for pre-revenue or early-revenue companies.
