FP&A Manager – Operations

Location: Paris, France; hybrid model with typically 2 days remote per week

What you will do

• Own and support planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operational and financial performance across Operations.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Define, forecast, and track operational and financial KPIs, including CPO, CPI, repayment rate, shipping costs, productivity, customer satisfaction, lead times, and order-to-cash flows.
• Partner with senior Operations, Commercial, Strategy, and Finance stakeholders as a Finance Business Partner.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for warehouse openings, supplier tenders, process improvements, transportation network changes, geographical expansion, M&A opportunities, and new entity openings.
• Improve and automate closing, reporting, forecasting, and financial data infrastructure using reporting tools and AI.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction services, consulting, or another highly analytical finance environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modelling, and Excel skills.
• Experience with data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau, or similar data mining and visualization tools.
• Ability to turn complex financial and operational analyses into clear business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
• Fluent English and French required.
