FP&A Manager

Salary: €73,000–€86,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the monthly financial reporting cycle and deliver accurate, timely reporting outputs.
• Prepare and review management reporting packs, including variance analysis and reconciliation of actuals against budget and forecast.
• Analyse brand and portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Improve data flows, reporting automation, finance processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare senior leadership, board, and investor materials while supporting M&A evaluation, due diligence, integration planning, and capital structure analysis.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, or a related finance function.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into clear business insights.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, management accounting principles, and business performance metrics.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are an advantage.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA in progress or newly completed.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a high-growth environment.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA.
