Senior Product Owner (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States; collaboration during standard U.S. business operations. Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.

Annual base salary: $94,900–$130,500, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the Medicare contact center technology ecosystem.
• Own the configuration, integration, performance, and optimization of Genesys Cloud CX, including IVR, call routing, workforce management, omnichannel capabilities, and reporting.
• Drive the evolution of Salesforce CRM across Medicare sales, enrollment, agent management, and customer service processes.
• Lead Salesforce and Genesys Cloud CX integration, including CTI, screen pops, interaction tracking, call logging, and workflow automation.
• Prioritize initiatives using customer experience, agent productivity, operational efficiency, business value, KPIs, and data-driven insights.
• Facilitate Agile delivery, manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and align business, technology, compliance, vendor, and brokerage stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product management role, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and Genesys Cloud CX, including CRM and cloud contact center integrations.
• Experience supporting Medicare sales operations, preferably in an FMO, brokerage, or comparable environment, with knowledge of carrier-agnostic workflows and CMS compliance.
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, releases, Agile/Scrum delivery, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-based contact center architecture, data governance, and analytical reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with broker onboarding, lead distribution, call tracking, and related brokerage workflows.
• Experience integrating cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms with CRM solutions.
