TL;DR
Technical Product Leader (Healthcare): Leading the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise technology products and platforms supporting primary care operations with an accent on technical roadmaps, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, and scalable engineering. Focus on translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing backlogs, coordinating Agile delivery, and ensuring security, performance, and compliance.

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

  • Define and lead the technical product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and backlog for assigned IT products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering teams on secure, scalable, performant, and compliant solutions, including architecture, design, and code reviews.
  • Guide implementation, rollout, optimization, incident escalation, and release coordination for new capabilities, applications, and platforms.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide stakeholders with updates on technical product progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, technical product management, IT leadership, lead development, solution or application architecture, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies and communicating complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Must be able to work from Remote Kentucky and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI/HIPAA information.
  • Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, technology delivery, project budgets, and financial forecasting.
  • Integration experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Salesforce experience with Accounts, Contacts, Reports, Dashboards, Security, and Flows.
