Business Development Manager - East Coast (Travel Insurance)

What you will do

• Drive distribution growth through partnerships with travel advisors and agencies.
• Develop near-term and long-term business opportunity pipelines aligned with targets and strategy.
• Manage partnerships end to end, from discovery and negotiations through agreement finalization and partner support.
• Generate leads, evaluate opportunities, and secure distribution and growth partners.
• Represent hirify.global at professional forums, conferences, and travel and insurance events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business development experience in the travel or travel insurance industry, focused on travel advisors and agencies.
• Proven success in B2B2C sales and negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work independently.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally; strong technology skills.
