Technician III, Facilities Services (Pharmaceutical)

Salary: $63,200–$100,900 per year, with potential eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Inspect facilities, identify maintenance needs, and develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption.
• Troubleshoot complex facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure issues.
• Perform and oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
• Coordinate external contractors and vendors, manage maintenance inventory, and implement procedures that improve system performance and lifespan.
• Train junior technicians and promote compliance with safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical certificate, or technical trade school education.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience maintaining facility infrastructure, equipment, and systems in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Ability to work in an in-person environment under the 70/30 work model.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and quality standards.
